Kate Woolhouse

Senior Associate, Solicitor


Kate qualified as an English solicitor in 2012. Her practice covers contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, including trade marks, passing off, patents, geographic indications and designs. She also has experience in media law and general commercial litigation.

Kate has worked on numerous cases in the English High Court as well as matters in the Court of Appeal and the London Court of International Arbitration.  Additionally, Kate handles commercial and regulatory issues including drafting commercial contracts and licence agreements and advising on advertising and packaging and labelling.  She frequently advises on data protection regulations and privacy and data protection policies. Kate's practice also includes drafting terms and conditions for promotions, competitions and prize draws. 


Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, she gained a degree from Bristol University. 

Kate is a fully bilingual English and Russian speaker and is proficient in French and Italian.
