Henry is a trainee patent attorney in our Electronics and Engineering team.
Henry graduated from the University of Southampton with a first class Master's degree in Particle Physics. For the final year of his degree, Henry worked on the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN in Geneva. His Master's project focused on stabilising vacuum phototriodes in the erratic radiation fields of the LHC through the use of LED pulsers, so that the excellent energy resolution of the Electromagnetic Calorimeter in the CMS experiment could be maintained.
Henry has also spent time working at a point-of-care diagnostics company helping to develop an ultra-rapid system which uses a low cost instrument and disposable cartridges to diagnose infections requiring immediate treatment and control.
