Following completion of her law degree, Paulette initially gained experience in dealing with IP formalities whilst working for a large manufacturer  at an in-house patent department.  She then specialised in renewals management and worked at a number of leading Patent & Trademark Attorney firms in London before joining Venner Shipley LLP as Renewals Manager in September 2007.

Paulette manages a busy department and is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and payment of renewal fees in connection with patents, trade marks, and registered designs  using our in-house computerised renewals system. She also provides clients and professional staff with advice on all aspects of IP renewal matters.

Education

Paulette completed an honours law degree at South Bank University in London, and then completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Law at the College of Law in London.
