Official fees increase from 1 April 2010.
European Patent Office Fees
The
European Patent Office is increasing its official fees by approximately 5% as
from 1 April 2010. The table
below sets out selected European official fees and indicates the old and new
rates.

The
UK Intellectual Property Office is also introducing some fee increases from 6 April 2010. The changes affect primarily patent fees, and
the
table below sets out selected UKIPO official fees for patents and indicates the
old and new rates.
The UKIPO is also introducing a GBP 50 charge for recording assignments, licences and security interests relating to trade marks.
