Tim is a graduate of the University of London in Chemistry, a Chartered and European Patent Attorney and a registered Trade Mark Attorney. He is also a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a Chartered Chemist and a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). He specialises in chemical and related subject matter and has substantial experience in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. He has considerable experience in British and European patent prosecution as well as revocation and infringement actions and is qualified as a Patent Agent Litigator. He regularly represents clients at opposition and appeal hearings before the European Patent Office and is experienced in the field of patent and know-how licensing.
