Paul has an honours degree in Electronics from Cardiff University. He is a Chartered and European Patent Attorney with broad experience, specialising in inventions relating to fixed and mobile telecommunications, software and business methods, digital electronics, RF circuits, antennas, computer peripherals and satellite positioning systems. Paul has worked in the patent department of a large, multi-national electronics and defence company and as a Patent Examiner at the UK Patent Office. Paul is involved in the setting of the patent examinations through which UK Patent Attorneys become qualified.
