Ian is a graduate of the University of Leeds in Mechanical Engineering and has been awarded an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary, University of London. He is a Chartered and European Patent Attorney who specialises in the filing and prosecution of British, European and international patent applications concerning mechanical and electro-mechanical subject matter. Ian has considerable experience in the filing and prosecution of UK registered designs at the UK Designs Registry and registered Community designs at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Spain.
